Job Placement Workshop:

Our Job Hunting Workshop is arguably worth the price of the class alone. The same as a college class, you will receive a “college semester of info in 3 hours”. Get the knowledge impossible to obtain unless you have decades of experience not just managing and bartending, but doing it the right way. Learning this industry, how to strategize for success, THIS WORKSHOP IS THE BLUE[RINT FOR SUCESS. We cover everything, literally, from A-Z in this workshop. How to find jobs, resume building (1-on-1), how to prepare and study for interviews, the cons to your competition, how to get the job over anyone, and so much inside knowledge from actual managers. California is 1 of only 7 states to pay minimum wage to the hospitality industry, and we pay the highest ($17 + per hour). We also have a higher demand for bartenders given we don’t get snowed in, bars are open all day and night for the most part. Hiring in SoCal is completely different than other areas of the country so you need to be ready.

This workshop is meant to show you everything you need to know to land a job, all the ways to outweigh your competition, and most importantly how to PREPARE AND DISTANCE yourself from the rest of the pack. Always taught by our owner/founder & Bar expert Nino Nunziante, this workshop is proven since 2017. We teach strategies, exactly what managers hire on, how to study for interviews and so much more. This workshop last 3 hours.

A very detailed resume lecture is followed up by students sending their re-formatted resumes for critique and feedback. Next it’s off to interview with confidence!
